Corrections are the most useful thing you can send
Broadcast rights change between seasons, and a deal can be re-signed with almost no coverage. If this site has a channel wrong, the fix is usually quick, but only if there is something to check it against. For a rights correction, please include:
- the match or the series you mean;
- the country you are watching from, since the answer differs by region;
- a link to something that states the rights, such as a broadcaster announcement, a board listing or a report naming the channel.
A link matters because of how the data is kept. Every rights rule is backed by a source and is not allowed to claim a channel that its own sources do not name, so a correction without a source cannot be applied even when it is right. It will get recorded, and it will be looked into, but the rule cannot be changed on an assertion alone.
Other things worth writing about
- A missing match. Fixtures come from Cricbuzz's public schedule, so a match that exists there and is missing here is a bug worth knowing about.
- A source link that is broken. Cited pages do go dead or get moved. A link that no longer works is a real problem, because the claim it backs becomes unverifiable.
- A country or competition that should be covered. The site currently answers for India, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States.
- Accessibility or display problems. Details of the device and browser help.
What this site cannot help with
- It does not stream anything. There are no streams, feeds or player links here, and none will be provided by email.
- It cannot fix a broadcaster's app. Login problems, subscription billing and playback faults are for the service you are paying.
- It does not sell anything and has no newsletter, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
